    • Responsible for the revitalization of the managed service offerings; NMS, MES, MS bundle and Telco lines of business
    • Researched, designed and implemented an ITIL strategy and alignment with ISO 20000 and ISO 27002 for the managed service organization. This effort allowed the company to provide remote access and monitoring services to government organizations and financial institutions worldwide.
    • Worked with 3rd party auditors for initial ISO20000 audit and overall risk assessment and mitigation of service offering.
    • Solidified revenue and cost streams, reduced costs, increased revenues and obtained the highest gross margins for all lines of business within the services organization in 2007 through 2009.
    • Led strategic efforts to develop and execute a product and services technology roadmap to align with the corporate objective of going wider and deeper into the data center and LAN environments
    • Successfully designed and implanted two new data centers prior to closing a single legacy data center. This was accomplished in a multi-supplier (19) environment which consisted of internal staff, strategic partners, out-sourcing and co-sourcing providers. This SAAS project was delivered under budget, prior to timeline estimates and with no customer impact.
    • Led Network Management System new development effort to identify product/service requirements, issue RFI’s and conduct vendor reviews culminating in a proof of concept test with the finalist to select a new NMS reporting platform and a new secure remote access maintenance system.

    • Developed products and services including positioning, value proposition, marketing collateral, sales presentations and analysis methodology. Developed complete “end to end” distance connectivity packaged offering to customers.
    • Lead Operations organization with 32 staff members.
    • Created and implemented an operational excellence program that included risk, financial, market and capacity inputs aligned with organizational resource and capabilities to align the appropriate execution plan that were aligned with business and customer goals.

    • Integrated new line of business with existing offerings. Defined, implemented, and documented process flows and hand-off points for client engagement, opportunity analysis and design, proposal packaging and implementation for: hardware, software, optimization, monitoring & communications.
    • Developed and implemented corporate strategy and tactical execution plan for discovering, analyzing and implementing emerging business/technical options for connectivity and services delivery to existing and potential customers.
    • Directly responsible for leading a team to determine customer application requirements, developing an appropriate design and selecting the technology and carrier(s) most suited to the customer’s requirements. This ultimately became a connectivity lifecycle management program which increased profitability, responsiveness and clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
